Any product bought from Mini Matchers online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty). This policy is applicable to local orders only.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Yes, a flat shipping charge of PKR 199 apply on all orders.
