What is the Exchange Policy?

Any product bought from Mini Matchers online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in their original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty). This policy is applicable to local orders only.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Are there any shipping costs?

Yes, a flat shipping charge of PKR 199 apply on all orders.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COST:

Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Shipping to most regions internationally charged are Rs 3,500 for the 1 piece, Rs. 1,500 for 2nd piece and Rs. 1,000 for 3rd or more pieces. Certain regions may have higher charges e.g. Australia, South America etc.
Prices are inclusive of all local taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

NOTE:

if parcel gets stuck in customs which it usually does not then the brand will not be responsible.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME:

Within Pakistan for Unstitched: 3 to 5 Working Days

Outside Pakistan for Unstitched: 6 to 10 Working Days

ORDER TRACKING:

After dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS:

Mini Matchers has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as but not limited to - Items being out of stock, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.
